Return and Cancellation Policy
Not satisfied with your order?
We would love to know how we can improve!
You can return your order within 14 days after receipt, unused, or send us a photo via email showing that the product is faulty. We will confirm the image, and in most cases, we can resolve the issue without a refund. We guarantee that your money will be refunded to your account within 5 business days after you have received your order or confirmed a photo via our customer service team.
Important: Beauty products and items purchased during sales or other discounts cannot be returned.
Returns by mail
You have up to 14 days to exchange a product for another size/color or request a refund if it is delivered to a package center near you after you have received your order.

1. CONTACT (WEBSITE EMAIL)
Please contact us first via email to get the return address. Since we have different distribution centers, we need to determine from which center your package will come based on the reason for the return.

2. PROVIDE THE INVOICE
Pack the product as securely as possible in the original packaging and include your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for return shipping. Always ask DHL for a tracking code when returning the package. After you have shipped the package, contact us via support@bestiply.com if you would like a refund or a different size/color.
Note: Our headquarters are abroad. Please note that you should send the package to our supplier when returning the product, as they handle order processing for us.

3. SHIPPING
Pack the package the same way you received it from us.
Go to the nearest package center (post office or parcel shop) and return your package.
As mentioned earlier, please contact us via email, and we will send you the return address so you can take the necessary actions.
When the product arrives at our warehouse, the size/color will be adjusted as quickly as possible, or a refund will be arranged.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@bestiply.com. If you cancel your purchase within 15 minutes, we can refund your money unconditionally. Otherwise, the goods must be returned to us as soon as they arrive.
Shipping Costs
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any shipping costs for returning a product. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your purchase, shipping costs will be deducted if not paid by you.
How long it takes to receive your exchanged product depends largely on where you are located.
We always recommend that you use a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance!
Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, hair products, creams, etc. are not covered by Bestiply return policy for hygiene reasons. These products cannot be returned and will not be accepted.
